CHANCE

We got Chance in the spring of 2005. We had another golden, Bella, who was a puppy mill golden from GRROWLS. She was so timid and afraid of everything until we got Chance. He was just the opposite -- the most outgoing, friendly, lovable Golden ever. They got along like milk and cookies! If Bella didn't want to go, Chance got her to!! He really brought her out of her shell. They did everything together -- ate together, napped together, swam together, walked together, etc. Chance developed cancer in the fall of 2011. He was only about 8 or 9 years old. He went to the Rainbow Bridge in February 2012. Our family is heartbroken. Our house is so quiet without him and Bella misses him dearly too. We know he is in a better place and he isn't suffering any more. We hope to adopt another Golden in the future just like him!!!
